Visualize data containing air pollution information represented as pm2.5 or smaller values in Canada between 1990 and 2014.

Cycle through the different programmed years.
Each year is represented by a lit LED on the micro:bit.
The data includes information from 1990 to 2014.
Goes back one year each time it is pressed, stopping in 1990.
It will move each time either the A or B buttons are pressed on the micro:bit to the specified pm reading for that year.
Once the project is assembled, the servo motor will point to the scale drawn on the cardstock sheet.
