Exploring Scratch Lab

https://lab.scratch.mit.edu/face/

In the following segment, our focus will remain on faces; however, this instance will involve utilizing our facial features to control and engage with Sprites within the Scratch environment.

Scratch Lab introduced an experimental set of blocks that allow the creation of projects that identify, monitor and respond to different parts of our faces, such as eyes, nose, mouth and ears.

For more information on Scratch Lab:

  • Visit the Face Sensing site - LINK.

  • Read a blog post by The Scratch Team about this set of blocks - LINK.
